PROCERA fully ceramic prostheses – if You wish the best
The metal-free porcelain prostheses are the future: they are more beautiful, more precise, stronger and biocompatible. The dental laboratory of the HALÁSZ CLINIC applies two different fully ceramic technologies uniquely in Hungary. Even the highest standard is now in easy reach of all of our patients by the Procera prostheses.
The dental technician inserts the plaster model – made upon the impression taken by the dentist – into the Procera Forte equipment. A ruby globe scans the plaster model , and after the computer creates the virtual model upon about 400000 scaaning points of each tooth or implant surface (!). After this the individual Zirconia framework is easily designed using the cutting-edge CAD software. The ready designs are sent via the Internet for immediate production to the Swedish Procera laboratory, where the Zirconia framework is produced and posted to our clinic afterwards. The human force is minimalised by usig robots and computers – therefore the Procera-quality can be constant.

• The prosthesis will be enhanced, because no grey shadow of a normal earlier-used titanium abutment can be experienced, the translucency is as natural as it was a natural tooth.
• No unwanted cement can be found around the gingival fit, so the gum will be devoided of inflammation.
• There is no risk of falling down of the bridge, but it can be removed any time if wanted to be corrected or coloured if it is needed to.

The metal-free prostheses means higher value than the conventional metal-framed porcelain. As the CEREC3 and Procera bridges are manufactured in high quantity in our own dental laboratory , we can offer them to our patients in a more favourable price. CEREC
The first complex CEREC3D+CEREC inLab system in Europe was built at the HALÁSZ CLINIC in 2005.
CEREC3D: the doctors of the HALÁSZ CLINIC makes ceramic inlays instead of conventional fillings into the cleaned cavities, because they are more durable, favourable and they are of high standard.
CEREC is a CAD-CAM device producing metal-free ceramic inlays and crowns. We are taking a 3 dimensional virtual impression of the patient’s tooth. The inlay or crown planned by a computer is carved from a ceramic block by diamond drills of a robot device very precisely. The beautiful prosthesis is ready within 1-2 hours instead of a week’s time saving the patient from many inconvenience (toothlessness, sensible teeth, travelling more times, etc.) The CEREC3 ceramic inlays now reach, and even exceed the quality of the earlier for centuries applied gold inlays’ quality.
CERECinLab: it is a device of our ceramic laboratory. It can make bigger Zirconia prostheses and bridges with the CAD-CAM technology.
