NobelGuide is a system that offers the most in the world: processing CT-data a 3 dimensional picture is made about the jaws, onto which we plan on the computer the implantation (CAD). Upon these plans the drill-navigating stent is made in Sweden. The stent appropriately fitted into the mouth navigates our drills, and therefore the implants are inserted into the bone with earlier unimaginable and amazing precisity, the prosthesis like this can be made previously. The implantation without cutting of the gum is very fast: with appropriate experience the implantation of an edentulous mouth and fixing in the final restoration takes only 1-2 hours. The patient has to visit us only twice, he/she can get his/her final restoration immediately, there is no post-operational complaint.
